Fishing Trips- Bow River

I set aside that rod and picked up my other rod which is all ready to go. Proceed to make a cast and the lure only went about three meters, the lure hits the water and all of a sudden a massive Brown completely destroys my Minnow Spinner. This fish was so aggressive it bent the split ring that holds the hook onto the lure straight. There is huge fish in this hole which is between Policeman’s Flats and Mackinnon Flats. I am looking forward to my next trip out on the Bow River as I believe the fishing is going to be very good in the next few weeks leading up to October.
