Gone Fishing- Lower Kananaskis Lake

We headed to the upper lake to try our luck trolling. We launched out and we were away to the races to catch either the Rainbow or the Bull Trout that live in the upper lake. Russ had told me that they had stocked the upper lake two weeks ago so the fishing may be a little slow as a result. We trolled around for an hour and a half with Dayna being the only one to get lucky enough to catch anything. She caught her very first fish which was a feisty two pound Bull Trout but would not hold it up for a picture so I held it and she took the picture. I don’t know what there is to be scared of Dayna it’s only a Trout.
