Tackle- Berkley Frenzy

As we moved a little further down the river I noticed a really nice drop in the water from shallow to deeper water, so I fired my Berkley into the shallower area and slowly reeled it toward the boat. At first I thought it might be holding something but I did not expect it to hold a Monster 26 inch Brown Trout. As I reeled slowly in towards the boat this monster just piled into the minnow bait I had offered him. As a reward for knowing much about where trout like to sit and feed, I was privileged to haul in my biggest Brown Trout of the summer. It’s like the old saying goes, if at first you don’t succeed, try again the next day. Something along those lines. So I encourage all you fisherman out there to get to your nearest tackle store and pick up some big bad Berkley’s, I some how don’t think you will be disappointed. I know I sure won’t be the next time I fish the Bow River with them.
